Our Services

Digito Dawa helps Zambian organisations do more with less. Our services cover four areas of equal weight: systems and workflow, policy and compliance readiness, structured training, and communications. Buy one, or combine them.

How It Fits Together

Advisory helps you decide what to do. Consultancy is us doing it with you. Training builds the skills to keep it running. Discover gives you free, tested tools and guides. Policy protects your data and staff. Each service is scoped in writing and built for Zambian conditions: expensive data, mid-range phones and load-shedding.

Advisory

Short, focused engagements that end with a decision you can act on. We run time audits to find where staff hours go, assess your digital and AI readiness, and give you a sequenced plan for this quarter, not a five-year vision. Book a call to explore a Digital Health Check for your organisation.

Consultancy

Hands-on, fixed-scope projects. We redesign one workflow properly, such as donor reporting, data collection or proposal preparation, and stay until your team uses it. We also deliver brand and content work and data enablement aligned with the data protection laws that apply to you, such as Zambia’s Data Protection Act 2021. We agree measurable results before we start and report them honestly.

Training

Practical digital and AI training for NGOs, small businesses, schools and other institutions across Zambia. Courses include AI-assisted donor reporting, proposal and bid writing, data protection in practice, AI use policy and digital literacy. Participants bring real work and leave with it improved. Formats run from two-hour public workshops to multi-week cohorts and train-the-trainer. Our public programme opens in January 2027; register interest to hear first.

Discover

Discover is our free library of digital and AI tools, templates and guides, chosen for organisations working under real Zambian and African constraints. We note what each tool costs, how much data it uses and where the free tier stops. Tools are tested on a mid-range Android phone and a normal data bundle, and we list the failures too. Start here before you spend.

Policy

Digital and AI Policy

Most Zambian organisations now rely on digital tools and AI platforms without written rules. That creates real risk: personal data pasted into consumer tools, inconsistent practice across teams, and unchecked AI output entering official work. It also creates legal exposure under data protection and cyber laws, from continental frameworks such as the Malabo Convention to national laws such as Zambia’s Data Protection Act 2021 and Cyber Security Act 2025. We guide you through plain-language policies, help your staff put them into practice, and get you ready for compliance.

Ready to put rules in place? Request a policy consultation and we will send you a quote based on your size, sector and urgency.
