A Zambian Digital Consultancy
Digito Dawa helps Zambian and African organisations close the gap between digital tools and the everyday reality of running a team. Rooted in Lusaka, we work with organisations at home, across Africa and around the world.

What We Do
We help organisations deliver more with the people and budgets they already have. We redesign workflows, write digital and AI policies, train staff and build communications that convince funders, customers and regulators. AI is one tool among many. Strategy, communications, design and digital tools all sit under one roof, so ideas move from plan to delivery without getting lost along the way.
Registered in July 2025 and incorporated as Digito Dawa Consulting Limited in October 2026, we are tax compliant, and have a team member based in Lusaka full time, reachable in person.
Global solutions often assume cheap data, new laptops, reliable power and plenty of staff time. Zambian organisations rarely have any of these. We design for expensive data, mid-range Android phones, load-shedding and mixed skill levels, so what we build still works next month, after we have left.
Digito Dawa Consulting is a Zambian consultancy working with development partners, nonprofits and civil society organisations, small and medium businesses, universities and colleges, community projects and other institutions. Our work rests on five equal capabilities: organisational strategy and systems, policy and compliance readiness, structured training, creative communications and design, and digital tools. We find where staff hours go, fix the workflows that waste them, set clear rules for data and AI use, and leave your team able to run it without us. Every engagement ends with documents you own.
Why We Exist
We understand the pressure Zambian organisations are under. Donor funding has contracted, teams are smaller, and reporting demands have not shrunk. Staff are adopting free AI tools without rules, often with personal data. Data, cyber and AI rules across Africa, from the AU Continental AI Strategy and the Malabo Convention to national laws such as Zambia’s Data Protection Act 2021, add duties few teams have read. That gap is why we exist.
Our clients include executive directors, business owners, finance managers and public officers who need practical results, not jargon. Alongside client work, we contribute to public consultations on digital and AI policy and align our work with the AU Continental AI Strategy and national strategies such as Zambia’s National AI Strategy. Where you need specialist security testing, such as penetration tests or incident response, we bring in licensed partners and guide you through the results.
How We Are Different
We give every client a clear, fixed quote before work begins. We share free guides, policy templates and readiness checklists. We agree measurable results before we start, then report them honestly, including the modest ones. Our goal is stronger Zambian organisations.
We believe African organisations can lead in responsible digital practice rather than simply follow others. We intend to help prove it, one organisation at a time, starting here in Zambia.
