Training That Sticks
Digito Dawa trains NGO teams, small businesses, schools, colleges and other institutions across Zambia in the digital and AI skills their work needs. Participants bring real tasks and leave with them improved.
Courses cover AI-assisted donor reporting, proposal and bid writing, data protection, AI use policy, M&E data cleaning, and digital literacy. Every course teaches a task AI can speed up but where a person must still verify, comply or account.
Skills remain Zambia’s most urgent digital gap. Most training fails because it uses invented examples and is forgotten within a month.
Ours is built around Zambian conditions: sessions designed for mid-range phones, modest data bundles and interrupted connections, using your own documents, with materials and templates your team keeps afterwards.
Participants leave with practical skill, templates they will reuse, peer connections across organisations, and the confidence to keep applying what they learned at work.
Whether we are training an NGO team to cut reporting time, helping teachers set AI rules for their classrooms, or preparing public officers for new data protection duties, our goal is the same: skills your people still use months later.
